Our Partial Planning & Design is for the Bride who knows some of what she wants, but still needs direction
in other areas. This package offers all of the services in the Month of Coordination package as well as design assistance, budget planning, rental order assistance & floor plan development. Belle Ame Events will recommend and work directly with all vendors and be on-site for your entire event acting as host and
coordinating the flow of activity. We will also make sure no detail has been overlooked and everything takes place just as you have envisioned.
Our Full Service Planning and Design option is our premiere service! Belle Ame Events will recommend and work with all event vendors, accompany you to appointments as needed, negotiate rates on your behalf, help create and manage your budget, provide unlimited communication, as well as an extensive list of other services. Every aspect of your event is handled for you - venues, caterers, menus, musicians, contracts, linens, invitations, flowers, etc. We will also be on-site for your entire event acting as host and coordinating the flow of activity. This option includes a customized event design that is filled with special details that perfectly represent your personality and style.
